- System SW maintenance and management (OS maintenance is responsibility of AHE staff including shared tools, patches, upgrades, inventories, problem resolution, vulnerability management and configuration management.)

- Security Agent
- Virus detection and eradication SW
- Other hosted SW as required by the customer
AHE Systems Network Connectivity
EITS AHE Systems Service coordinates and assures proper connectivity, support, and maintenance for LAN, DOEnet WAN, and connectivity to public or private networks that EITS customers interface with (in accordance to EITS configuration management guidelines). In addition, adequate fault tolerance connectivity and bandwidth is provided.
