What is the Service?
EITS Server Management services provides technical and operational support for servers that are hosted within the EITS data center(s). This service supports the sharing of server resources among multiple applications, databases, and customers. Support includes maintaining hardware and software for supported operating systems and platforms. In addition, it provides EITS enterprise cyber security services and protection for the servers.

- Manage and Resolve Security Vulnerabilities; Intrusion Detection Systems; Cisco Security Agent; RSA Security Agent (2 Factor); Infrastructure Certification and Accreditation
- Standard Operating Systems include: UNIX-AIX, Windows NT, and OS-390
- Server capacity upgrades in anticipation of need
- Server refresh and associated infrastructure equipment in accordance with industry best practice
