DOE-Wide Contracts
for Software
- PRIMUS SOLUTIONS, INC. BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) (CID: DE-IM0000135): A new BPA was awarded to allow for Purchase orders for Information Technology and Telecommunications supplies (wireless phones, blackberries, pagers, Global Star Satelliet phones and accessories and VBrick), and for associated service/repair plans. This BPA contract is authorized for use by all DOE Federal and Contractor organizations, including Management & Operating (M&O) contractors per FAR Part 51. [Note: In conformance with DOE regulations prohibiting use of DOE contractor acquisition systems to circumvent Federal acquisition laws and regulations, DOE contractors (including M&Os) may not utilize this BPA on behalf of the DOE Federal organization.] There is no DOE usage fee; the GSA Fee is included in the schedule price. Because of the large number of products and to reduce the possibility of errors in ordering, all elements should contact Mr. Tom Lombardo, PRIMUS, phone 301-607-6962 or email tom.lombardo@asrcprimus.com, for the schedule and to obtain a quote. Each ordering element will identify the POC and the Invoice approving official with each BPA order. Period of performance is September 4, 2009 through September 3, 2014.
- PRIMUS SOLUTIONS, INC. (CID DE-DT0000656): A contract was awarded to provide Common Use Secure Videoconferencing Network (CSVN) for day-to-day video telecommunications operations, including installation and relocation of video systems and satellite video broadcast and user training. Contractor will assist with engineering and network mangement and reporting and resolution of network problems/failures. The period of performance is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2014. - ICS NETT, INC. (CID: DE-DT0000710): A contract was awarded to provide IT Management support services, Webconferencing support and for the purchase of WebEx Licenses. This contract is open to DOE Headquarters elements only. The Period of performance is September 21, 2009 through September 20, 2012.
