The 2009 Information Management Conference is being March 2-6, 2009 in New Orleans, LA.  This year the IMC is hosting a four-day workshop geared towards Radio and Spectrum Technology. 

The Radio and Spectrum Technology Workshop is addressing the Presidential Spectrum Policy Initiative, recent spectrum regulatory changes, advanced radio technology developments, on-going legislative impacts, presentations by DOE Field sites on initiatives and challenges, radio vendor product briefings, and the 1710 – 1755 MHz Band Relocation effort.
 
The 2007 event was a tremendous success and proved to be of great value to the Department.
